THE BEACH HOUSE

PLEASE BRING LINENS – SHEETS/TOWELS:

2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS 

1 Sofa Sleeper & 1 Roll away bed

BEFORE LEAVING – PLS MAKE NOTE:

  1. House must be left in the order that you received it. We do not have maid service.

  2. Set thermostat to 80 degrees in the summer, 60 degrees in the winter before leaving.

  3. No Telephone at the beach house.  Please bring your cell phone.

  4. Do not leave any clothes in the washer or dryer.

  5. Please clean refrigerator. Do not leave any open food in the refrigerator. Donated can foods are greatly appreciated.

  6. Do not leave golf cart charging. Please disconnect before leaving.

  7. Sign Guest Book located in the computer before leaving.

  8. Turn off water to inside & outside and turn off hot water heater circuit breakers before leaving..

  9. Lock all doors, windows and turn off all lights and computer before leaving. Take out all garbage.

  10. Please observe quiet hours from 11:00pm - 7:00am.

  11. Please No Smoking or Pets inside the house...
